Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between each eligible user and ap33 concerning access to the website, account services, sports markets, esports markets, casino games, promotions and payment functions. By registering, signing in, depositing funds or otherwise using ap33, the user confirms that these terms have been read, understood and accepted.

If a user does not accept any clause, that person must stop using ap33. These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling information. Definitions

Availability, limits and processing times can differ by account, channel and verification status. The options shown within the user’s account at the time of a transaction are the options currently available to that user.

Deposits must come from a payment method held in the registered player’s name. Third-party transfers may be rejected or returned. ap33 accounts are not banking products and must not be used to store, route or exchange money unrelated to genuine gaming activity. Deposited funds may be subject to reasonable play-through, fraud screening and KYC review before withdrawal.

Sports Betting, Esports and Casino Rules

A wager becomes valid only when ap33 accepts it and records it in the user’s account history. Adding a selection to a bet slip does not constitute acceptance. Players must review the event, market, odds, stake and potential return before confirmation. Odds may change before acceptance, particularly during live EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC or esports events.

Sports and esports wagers are settled using the official result or a recognised data source selected by ap33. Rules concerning abandoned matches, postponed fixtures, dead heats, overtime, map handicaps and settlement corrections may differ by market. Casino outcomes are determined through the relevant game system or live table procedure. Published RTP figures describe long-term statistical behaviour and do not predict a player’s session. Interrupted rounds are handled under the game provider’s rules. ap33 may void a round affected by a confirmed technical fault when no valid result can be established.

Prohibited Use and Fair Play

ap33 may investigate suspicious activity and may restrict affected funds while that review is conducted. Where reasonably required, relevant records may be retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations.

Account Suspension and Closure

Before closure, outstanding wagers may remain subject to settlement and eligible balances may require verification. Responsible gambling closures and self-exclusions are handled separately from ordinary account closure and may prevent reactivation for the selected period.
